We opened our first SUMO SUSHI & BENTO in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2000 with the goal of bringing “affordable Japanese cuisine to the public". We have spent the last six years refining our business model - the food, the service, the atmosphere and operational efficiencies. We made the decision to expand through franchising in order to share the success of SUMO and are offering franchise opportunities to highly motivated individuals who understand our business values and the importance of the SUMO Brand and maintaining its integrity.
